Abstract
God forbids use of perjury to fraud. In a letter An Nahl verses 94-95: And do not make oaths oaths as a means of deception between yourselves, which causes slipping foot (mu) after firmly planted and you taste the evil (the world) because you hinder (men) from Allah's way and greater punishment for you. God warned worshipers kepda him to not use a false oath as a means of deception that can cause people to slip from the right path and fall into the abyss of error, because it prevented people from the path of Allah, the God who was threatened with a grievous Penalty. Similarly, God forbid to exchange a covenant with God, which is traded with the object of faith and the pleasures of the world, because the things and pleasures of the world with all its contents will disappear, while the reward of Allah and what was on his side will be conserved and better than what is obtained in the world and the promise of God that guarantees slaves brought him a patient with a better reward than what they do and do.
Messenger s.a.w. also prohibits selling goods with false oaths. Abu Dzar r.a., Prophet s.a.w. He said: "Three groups of man, God will not look at them later on the Day of Resurrection, not purify them and they have a painful punishment."
